Meticulous Attention to Detail Yields a Consistent Experience

As technology trends continuously evolved over the course of this project, TAD and JLL revisited the technology strategy and continually adjusted accordingly to ensure the plan remained in tune with the desired results. By way of adaptability and diligence, TAD provided a sleekly integrated technological solution that was able to be transmuted to a variety of spatial conditions.

The most distinctive of these spaces is the Tech Lab, a flexible space for video conferencing, collaborative discussions, and client meetings. It features custom multi-tier furniture and a seamless LED wall with a 1.2mm, 32:9 double wide aspect ratio with a touch overlay. Users can connect to the display and present from their own devices, interacting with the content on either their device or via the touch screen.

Working with TPG Architecture, TAD joined the effort to act as a subject matter expert, bringing expertise and high-level oversight to the implementation at JLL’s flagship location. Our attention to detail produced a consistent technology experience, from the formal Tech Lab and large conference rooms to the casual café and shared lounges, in all 164 rooms spanning 3.5 floors we were able to  produce a modern space that JLL is proud to work from and show off to their clients.
