TAD began by leading workshops and interviews to gain a first-hand understanding of the users and systems. We interpreted this data into tailored tactics, including distributed office networks, cloud-based video infrastructures, and equipment integrations with remote users. To verify success before launch, we conducted on-site testing of technologies, including TAD’s own productivity tool, the Sēkwel tablet.
