Our first challenge was to understand the sophistication of the company’s technology suite and the goals the CXC needed to facilitate, with emphasis on two of Nuance’s business lines: omni-channel enterprise customer engagement solutions and healthcare. The AV system needed to match the dynamism of the featured solutions, accommodating immersive experiences like live demos and customer briefings while catering to audiences both on-site and remote.
Nuance Chief Revenue Officer Robert Dahdah described the outcome of this collaboration as “an in-depth and immersive experience that showcases the technology that has made Nuance the global artificial intelligence powerhouse we are today.” The CXC supports an evolving array of cross-purpose, multi-media experiences, delivering an adaptive soundscape and bespoke video components like a floor-to-ceiling LED screen that helps presenters bring the Nuance story to vivid, captivating life.
